Work was just wretched and I am so glad I'm out of there for a while. Then I start thinking of what I'm going to be doing for the next couple weeks and I think....ugh. Double UGH! Maybe it wont be so bad.
As a last ditch attempt to quit smoking, I took up knitting. I have worked very hard to remain smoke free and have made hats for everyone I know. It's been back and forth and up and down. But I keep knitting.
I am a knitter who is still learning. I am married, 30 years, very involved in family and friends and my animals, which number only 3 now, two dogs, a cat. My cat is inherited, but no less loved for that, and my dogs are spoiled and demanding. They are pretty much the reason I get up in the morning and hold a job. In addition to knitting, I sew, design costumes, read history, watch lots of TV and enjoy target practice with my Ruger 380 and Glock 22c.
